So what is this bump2mum fitness all about then?

Pregnant and not sure what exercise is safe? A new mum with new wobbly bits? Bump2mum fitness is here to help with everything you need to know about exercise and health during your pregnancy, as a new mum and beyond.

It is time to change your mindset about pregnancy. Long gone are the days of nine months sitting on the sofa eating for two! The benefits of eating healthily and staying fit are now well-researched and well documented, so you can keep yourself fit and give your baby the best start.

On these pages you can read about why I have set up this site and why I think I can give you some good advice about exercise and health during and after pregnancy.

The world is changing…..women don’t want to be wrapped up in cotton wool any more; they want to be independent, confident and have the knowledge to make informed decisions about their lifestyle. I aim to give you information and resources to help you decide how you want to approach health and fitness on your road to becoming a mum. Read a few ‘nuggets‘ of inspiration to get you in the right mindset.

I can also offer personal training. I specialise in ante and post natal fitness, but am qualified and very happy to help anyone achieve their personal goals.
