Exercising mums less likely to have premature babies

This is an article that outlines a new piece of research that was done with over 61,000 women. It’s great that the study found that exercising mums are less likely to have premature babies. It also states other benefits such as a lower risk of gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and postnatal depression – good news all round.

You might also be interested that research by James Clapp found that exercising mums are lees likely to go very overdue, which we know is no fun for anyone.

To take away – if you want to have your baby on time then exercise might help!
