I am Lucie Brand, a Level 3 REPs registered enthusiastic and dedicated personal trainer working in Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick, Worthing, Lancing, Brighton, Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. I am very passionate about health and fitness and would love to talk to you about how we can work together to achieve your goals!

I have been a fitness professional since 2006. I started as an Instructor and have gone on to train as a personal trainer (REPS level 3), building up my experience in all areas of personal training, including ante/post natal, weight loss, nutrition, body transformation and fitness testing. A bit more about me:

Although I am experienced in different areas of personal training, one of my main passions is promoting exercise in pregnancy and body transformation for mums.

I have written a book called ‘The 3-Plan: Your complete pregnancy and postnatal exercise plan’. This is available to buy now in paperback from Amazon and as an e-book from the ibookstore. read more

I am a mum of two young girls and followed my own exercise plans during pregnancy. I had two natural deliveries without any pain relief and lost all my baby weight with two weeks both times; my plans really do work! You can be mentally and physically strong and prepared for pregnancy, labour and recovery.

As an Instructor I teach aerobics, step, circuits, body conditioning, indoor cycling, bootcamp classes, buggybabes and pregnancy fitness. Read more about me and my fitness qualifications here

 

Prices:

Your first consultation (a chat over a cuppa if you like!) (30 minutes) – FREE

Your personalised health/fitness assessment (1 hour) – £40

This assessment will tell you what sort of exercise you need to be doing in relation to your body type, fitness, levels, goals and any other factors individual to you. This session ensures you are getting precisely the right programme to help you achieve your individual goals. You are under no obligation to train with me at this point and can use this fitness assessment indepently if you wish. If you choose to train with me I will design you a super-effective, targeted programme. You can choose to go off and follow it by yourself for a few weeks or can have more regular sessions with me – it’s completely up to you.

Personal training session (1 hour) – £40 (3 hours in advance) – £105

Group personal training session (1 hour) – £24 per person (2-5 people)
